Curious about stained glass but not ready to cut glass just yet? This relaxed, 3-hour class is the perfect place to start. You’ll create a small suncatcher using pre-cut and ground glass pieces — just choose your colors and learn how to copper foil and solder your design together.

Ready to take your stained glass journey to the next level? In this full-day workshop, you’ll choose your own custom colors and textures for a stained glass suncatcher. You’ll learn how to cut and grind the glass pieces yourself. Completion of Intro 1 is required, as this class only includes a brief refresher on foiling, soldering, and finishing techniques.

Prerequisite: Completion of Intro to Stained Glass 1
In this four-day advanced workshop, you'll design and build a beautiful, architectural-style stained glass panel to display in your home. Working with the copper foil technique, you'll gain experience building at a larger scale while refining your technique, material knowledge, and project planning skills.
This workshop is a rewarding deep dive for advanced students who are ready to take on a more ambitious project with close guidance and creative freedom. Students may choose to work from one of Flannery’s original templates or submit their own panel design. Maximum Panel Size: 12" x 36"
Daily Schedule:
Day 1: Select colors and cut glass
Day 2: Grind and copper foil
Day 3: Solder your panel
Day 4: Add a metal frame, apply patina and polish, and pack your finished piece for safe transport
